Mark
has been many things in his career, which includes 15 years in
Sales & Marketing in the IT & software industry. After
nearly 10 years as an Independent Consultant, Trainer, Coach &
Entrepreneur he thinks he may almost be cured.
Since
1992 he has advised, trained and coached a wide variety of British
industry from one man bands in Hackney to some of the largest
organisations in the UK, (and sometimes their largest people),
leaving a trail of changed people behind him. Some catch up, some
go back to sleep.
He
has been learning NLP and many other psychological tools &
techniques for most of those 10 years, (if not his whole life),
and in 1995 helped launch The Business NLP Practice Group,
which meets in Central London almost every month. He now organises
this on his own via email, (website
to come), and has enormous fun watching other trainers and
speakers and their audiences play and practice their skills.
In
1999 he became a Founder Member of The Professional Speakers
Association, & contributed a Chapter on Risk to “NLP
Business Masterclass” by David Molden, (Prentice Hall £17.99
available now), and will shortly be releasing his own series of
publications on, among other things, NLP, Business, & Purpose.
He
also speaks at a variety of conferences and company functions on
“Being The BEST”, “Attitudes to RISK”, “Patterns of
Success”, & “Purpose”
Some
recent work has been with friends from The Devas Group in a major
public service helping their Leaders re-establish their purpose,
both as an organisation and individually, and helping an IT
Recruitment company improve the value they deliver to their
Candidates and Clients. Both have also benefited from the CD
“Journey to Infinity” 9 tracks of meditation by The Devas
Group which Mark produced.
Committed
to his own professional development he recently added a whole new
range of materials to his tool kit by teaming up with Bob
Proctor and his European trainers led by Tim & Sandra
Rampton and is already integrating Bob’s 40+ years of
research with his own content, whether Coaching, Training
or Speaking. He delivers The Goal Achiever
& You Were Born Rich in his own inimitable
and challenging style.
Known
widely for his taste in bow-ties and hairstyle, and always
